Our greatest fear: Reflection.
Why must we build walls all around ourselves?
Yes, they protect, but they separate as well.
All the blueprints were made inside,
Created as we walk away, from everything that’s challenging to us.
Where is our confidence today?
How did our self-worth slip so far away,
That we're left with nothing now?
We've waited too long to act on the real problems,
That we have bestowed
Upon ourselves,
That we'll own
‘Til we're fucking dead.
Wasting our senses on what we see
fit to replace what we can't achieve.
All our lives,
We're shown that inside we have no control.
So wait for everything to change.
All of my life I've been told that I have no control.
I'll wait for everything to change.
I'll wait for it all to change.
The things that enrage us,
the ones that betray us.
Those things we can’t confront,
We'd be alone without them, though we are now.
How did our self-worth slip so far away,
that we're left with nothing now?
We've waited too long to act on the real problems.

Been listening to this since 2013. Eventually tried to track down a CD but now I'm starting to go digital. So, has 7 years of listening to this EP dulled the experience? Not even slightly. Amazing work. From Nathan's ghost beats on the snare, polyrhythmic measures and insane kick pedal work, Eric's unique tone on vocals and both Aaron and Josh's melodies and interesting structures. Just hope they get the chance to tour England soon. JAY DYER

I was quickly overwhelmed the moment I listened to "Interlude." Oriental atmosphere reminiscent of Egypt is very intertwined through all. Supreme Truth has something in common with Linkin Park's Meteora. Catsfist
